This battery holder allows you to connect 2 AA batteries in series to power all kinds of projects. We added them because the box is quite thin, and 2 AA is added to about 3V for many low voltage electronics projects.

Fits any standard AA battery. When using rechargeable NiMH, the output voltage varies from about 2.7 V with charged batteries to 1.8 V at the end of its life with a nominal voltage of 2.4 V. When using alkaline batteries, the output varies from 3.2V with new batteries to 2.2V at the end of its life with a nominal voltage of about 3V.

The polarity corresponds to that of our 2-pin JST cables and Li-Ion/Poly batteries. Uses an original JST connector to prevent it from sticking and tearing in the JST connectors.
