Satisfied or money back guarantee for 15 days 

We offer our customers a 15-day money back guarantee for all our products, except for certain products for obvious hygiene reasons, such as bio-metric sensors.

If you have simply changed your mind, or if you wish to get a refund for a product offered or received as a gift, nothing could be simpler because we prefer to have a product in return rather than a disappointed or dissatisfied customer.

To do this, always contact the after-sales servicel beforehand in order to optimize the return process.

A few rules for your return to be accepted:

  • The products must be returned to us new and complete in their original sealed packaging. If a product does not comply with these conditions, it may be subject to a discount and thus partially refunded.
  • The return of the parcel will have to do this in parcel against signature with the number of return affected by the customer service.

If these last conditions are met, the package can be received by our service and we will carry out a credit or refund of the article according to your choice. Refunds will be made by the initial means of payment. If the conditions are not met, the package may be refused or returned to you.

Note: The return costs remain at the customer's expense.

First, we will analyse your problem and then propose a solution in agreement with you to solve it.
