Analog indicators may not be as blinding or flashy as LEDs, but their simplicity adds a touch of elegance and makes them easier to read quickly.

This large analog 5V pointer indicator is the size of a handheld device, with a screw to open the panel and replace the background paper, if desired.

Even if it is designed for analog signals, you can also use it with digital signals! All you have to do is send it a PWM signal from a 5V logic microcontroller. As long as you use 1KHz or more.

The back is constructed with two bolts with Positive and Negative markings under the coils. You can wrap a wire around the bolt and use the nuts to hold them in place, or use alligator clips.
